The Flop House

​

• The Flop House is extra sleep space for up to 4 extra people. It can only be utilized as an Add-On to  the dogwood cabin rental.

• The flop house is just that, a place to sleep out of the elements! It is the main floor only and is unfinished with  some building materials nearby outside. Porch access is restricted and entry is behind cabin (3 steps).

• We provide shelter, some lighting,  2 queen air beds (while they last) and a fan for cooling.

• Bathroom is a compost toilet in a tent outside of the cabin.

• There is  a small fire pit and small cooking grate.

• You provide bed linens and anything else you may need. Fire wood and hard-wood charcoal are available for purchase.

• Children must have an adult to stay in this cabin!

• No flames/smoking of any sort in cabin!
