Checking In/Out: Check-out is by 11 am daily. Check-in is after 3 PM daily.
Damages: You are responsible for keeping the cabin clean during your stay and for leaving the cabin and surrounding woods in good condition. If we find that items are missing or damaged we will charge to replace or repair the item(s) after your departure op to $200. The cabin is checked prior to check-in and right after check-out.
Pets: NO PETS. No exceptions. ItzaWayzBack Farm is a working farm with working guardian dog(s).
Smoking: The cabin is a non-smoking/no open flames cabin. Smokers, please use outside ash tray on the deck. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Sine you will bring candles no matter what, please make sure they are in safe candle holders. Miniature red solo cups is not a safe candle holder!
Quiet Hours: Disruptive behavior is not allowed and will not be tolerated. Our goal is to provide guests with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 6 AM. We are a working farm. As such, there may be people working and farm/equipment noises during the day between 9 am and 5 pm
Internet Service: WiFi service is weather permitting and service will be significantly poorer than in a city. There typically is no cell service in the immediate area. Our phone is available on an emergency basis only.
Trash: Place trash inside the provided trash bins. Food scraps aside from meat can be fed to charlie pig or the chickens. We strongly encourage those with recycling programs in their home location to take recyclables home with them. Extra bags are under the sink and large trash bin are down by office. and near outdoor kitchen.
Wildlife: Please know that you are likely to encounter wildlife and that some can be dangerous. Please do not feed or attempt to pet any wildlife as doing so could cause serious injury. ItzaWayzBack Farm will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or medical bills that occur due to encounters with wildlife.
ItzaWayzBack Farm has regular pest inspection/control and will not be held responsible nor refund monies due to inside or outside pests.
Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests refusing to abide by all rules and policies.
